Your Club's Safeguarding Officer

Safeguarding concerns are not sent through this form, so they never sit in a general enquiries inbox. If you or your child belong to a club on Ovalball, raise the concern privately with the club's Safeguarding Officer. Only you and the club's confirmed Safeguarding Officers take part in that conversation.

Official Reporting Routes

If the club has no Safeguarding Officer, or the concern is about the club or someone in it, use the governing body's official safeguarding route.

Rugby League

If your rugby code's route isn't listed, contact the governing body's safeguarding team directly.

Misuse of Ovalball

To report someone using Ovalball inappropriately — for example sending unsuitable messages, or seeing information they should not — use the report option on the message where it is available, tell your club, or email hello@ovalball.co.uk. That address is monitored during ordinary working hours and is not an emergency service. If a child may be at risk, also use the routes above.
