What Parents Need to Do

Children can't create an Ovalball account for themselves. A parent or guardian sets things up, and the club confirms it.

  1. Step 1: Create Your Own Account

Sign up with your own email address. Your account is yours: it is how the club reaches you, and how you answer for your child.

  2. Step 2: Add Your Child at Their Club

Choose your child's club and add their details, or enter the code their team gave you. The club checks the request before anything is shared with you.

  3. Step 3: When They're Old Enough, Give Them Their Own Login

From your account you can invite your child to a login of their own, when Ovalball allows it for their age. Until then you manage everything for them.

Younger children never have their own login. You answer for them, see their fixtures and manage their details from your account.

Joining a club on Ovalball does not register your child with the RFU or the RFL. That is done separately each season on the governing body's own system; once you're signed in, Register to Play in Rugby Hub explains how.
